All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Product images are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products, monitor calibration differences, and natural material variation. These variations are inherent characteristics of handmade goods and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including customs processing, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions — may affect delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.

5.3 Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it.

5.4 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to our supplier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery. If we are unable to re-deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from any refund issued.

5.5 Loss or Damage in Transit
